Snowboarding

Hi welcome to my snowboarding page. Here you can learn about my snowboarding experiences. First let’s start with my board. I have a M3 board (which is a model type), it DMX bindings (which is also a model type). Now you are probably thinking, what are bindings, in your head. Bindings are a latching system that latches your boots to the board so you don’t fall off going down a hill. I go to a ski place in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, called perfect north. I go there once a year with the boy scouts. How do we get around on our boards if both of our feet are latched in? Well you see both feet aren’t strapped in when we move around. We use a method called skating to get around. Skating is where you take your dominate foot out and put it behind you other foot till they are crossed and then slide your dominate foot out while it is attached to the ground, this causes you to glide or move. Once you start gliding you put your dominate foot next to the binding. Once you get to the hill you strap your foot in and are ready to go. The thing I like most about snowboarding is the thrill of it. I hope you enjoyed learning about my snowboarding.
