Collaboration is when you work with a group efficiently and effectively. Collaboration is one of the more important qualities, to me, because we work in groups all the time and we have to collaborate to get the work done. Collaboration effects how much work you can get done in a group and you can get done in a group in a certain amount of time. In other words what you can get done to help your group. When I am working in a group and my group members are getting off task I help redirect their focus to the task at hand. This year I have enhanced my collaboration skill by having meetings with my group members and we discuss what is done and what still needs to be done.
